Antico Dalton has extensive experience as a Professional football athlete from 1999-2007. He has played for the Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, and Atlanta Falcons. Antico has the experience of playing overseas with the Berlin Thunder with NFL Europe, and the Edmonton Eskimos with the CFL. During his career, Coach Dalton was a NFL draft pick to the NFC Central Division Champion Minnesota Vikings, World Bowl Champion with the Berlin Thunder, and the Grey Cup Champ with the Edmonton Eskimos.
Antico attended Hampton University as a scholar Business Management Major, and a stellar athlete on the football field. During his time at Hampton University off the field, he received his BS degree, and on the field, as a team captain he was given the dubious task of leading his team to a National Championship.
In 1999, Antico Dalton was rated All-American in the top twenty for Linebackers in the country, as was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the 6th round 199th pick. He started as a linebacker during his NFL career and also played Defensive End and Safety during his professional tenure. Antico wants more than anything to not only get athletes in the best physical shape of their lives, but also he wants to build their confidence so they may be productive in and outside of sports. Along with all of his Performance Coach experience, Coach Dalton holds a nationally ranked certifications in personal training/fitness National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certification Health and Fitness, Sparq Certification.
Anthony Wright is a retired National Football League Quarterback (retired in 2009). His career highlights include being on the Super Bowl team of the New York Giants during their epic win of the unbeaten New England Patriots in 2008. Since retiring, Anthony has focused on taking what he’s learned in the NFL and teaching up and coming students, the skills necessary to become a complete quarterback.
Samuel Howard acquired a football scholarship to Johnson C. Smith University where he also obtained his degree in Exercise Science. While attending JCSU, Sam took on an even greater interest in the game of football, and human anatomy. Sam’s ambition and eagerness to train and coach the human body into a healthier physical state lead him to an opportunity at Bally’s Total Fitness where he gained a certificate in personal training; Mr. Howard took all of his accomplishments to advance in his career at the YMCA in water fitness and coaching. In the fall of 2008-current, he has had the pleasure of working with Pro Speed as a certified performance coach and coaching high school football. Sam definitely possesses the qualities of a leader which includes the balance of physical, mental, and spiritual strength and he is a highly responsible individual who is full of aspiration. Samuel Howard believes in making each day a learning experience for himself and for his clients.

Devin Story is from Beaufort SC football scholarship at Johnson C. Smith played receiver for 4 years degree in business admin concentration management volunteered with intramural sports around the campus birthdate.
High school was in top 100 receivers in SC all area player an WTOC PLAYER of the week letterman in baseball, basketball, and football
Percell Gaskins – Performance and Skills Coach
Percell Gaskins bring his experience and expertise to Pro Speed as a former linebacker in the National Football League for the Saint Louis Rams and the Carolina Panthers. He played college football at Kansas State University and was selected in the fourth round of the 1996 NFL Draft. In addition to his NFL experience Percell was also featured in the college football issue of Sports Illustrated for being one of the best college football athletes in the nation. It was during this time he high jumped 7’5 ¼ to win the NCAA track and field championships. During his college career Percell was not only successful in track and field but he also won the Big 12 defensive newcomer of the year within the same season.
Donald Jones – Performance and Skills Coach
Donald Jones former linebacker in the National Football League, Donald was drafted in the 7th round of the 1992 NFL Draft. Donald played professional football for the New Orleans Saints, New York Jets, and the Minnesota Vikings. Donald played his college football at the University of Washington where he was recognized for his outstanding ability. These accolades include two-time 1st Team All PAC 10, All American, All-Time sack leader at the University of Washington and induction into the Husky Hall of Fame. His college career was culminated by playing in the 1992 Rose Bowl National Championship where he was the Team Captain of the National Championship Team and the ABC Rose Bowl MVP. In addition to his outstanding professional accomplishments, Donald is a certified performance coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Pro Speed coach trains many youth in athletic training.
Don Sasa – Performance and Skills Coach
Don Sasa a former National Football League player for the San Diego Chargers, Washington Redskins, Carolina Panthers, and The Detroit Lions. Don played his college football at Washington State University and was drafted in the 3rd round of the 1995 NFL Draft. Don is a recipient of a nationally ranked certification In strength and conditioning.
